WITNEY United edged past Shortwood 2-1 to set-up an FA Cup second qualifying round home tie with Blue Square South side Eastleigh.
Lee Henderson headed home a Tommy Lewis corner on 37 minutes to give Witney the lead.
Shortwood drew level when a Matt Collins cross missed everyone and found the net.
But a stunning individual effort from Andrew Younie with 13 minutes remaining sent Witney through.
A penalty four minutes from time sent Banbury crashing out 3-2 in their replay at Chippenham.
Trailing 1-0 and 2-1, Banbury twice levelled through Jason Taylor and Ben Milner.
But Ollie Stanbridge fouled in the area late on and Lewis Powell won it from the spot.
