Oxford United chairman Kelvin Thomas says he is still waiting to find out the terms of Dean Whitehead's transfer from Sunderland to Stoke City to discover how much Oxford could be entitled to from their sell-on clause.
The initial £3m fee for the transfer could rise to £5m, it's reported, and this is believed to depend partly on appearances.
United are due 25 per cent of the fee, minus the £325,000 they sold him for in 2004.
