Chris Hargreaves and Tim Sills – both former Oxford United players – scored the goals as Torquay won promotion back into the Football League yesterday.
The Gulls beat Cambridge 2-0 in the Blue Square Premier play-off final at Wembley, with another ex-U’s player, Phil Bolland, sent off for Cambridge.
