Duran Martin scored twice as Cherwell, Oxford beat Trevelyan Middle School, Windsor, 3-2 in the south west semi-final of the ESFA Minute Maid Under 13 National Cup.
Abdy Farah also netted as Cherwell raced into a three-goal lead, before Trevelyan pulled two goals back to set up a nervy finish.
Now Cherwell face the winners of South Dartmoor Community College (Devon) and Saltash Community School (Cornwall) in the south west regional final at Cirencester Town on Tuesday, April 21.
KING Alfred’s Community & Sports College, Wantage, retained their crown at the Vale of White Horse Under 14 six-a-side competition.
They beat John Mason, Abingdon, 3-1 in the final with Luke Peacock and Shaun Burridge plus an own goal doing the damage after their opponents had taken the lead with an own goal.
