Didcot went second in the BGB Southern League Division 1 South & West after defeating fellow promotion chasers Burnham.
The home side rode their luck at times with Burham hitting the post twice in the second half.
It was the visitors who took the lead on 53 minutes when Graham Lewis fired home a superb volley.
Paul Powell equalised within a minute, then a smart turn and shot from Liam Hope put Didcot in front on 67 minutes.
It was end to end stuff before Andy Parrott slotted home two minutes from time.
