HEAD scout Craig Dean will leave Oxford United to join Sky Bet Championship club Leeds United.
The League One club says its recruitment team, led by Mark Thomas, will be restructured as a result.
Dean, who previously worked in the Football Association's development department, joined the U's in 2014 and has played a key role in strengthening the playing squad over a successful three-year period.
He said: "I have really enjoyed my time with Oxford.
"There have been some fantastic moments including promotion and cup wins.
"The chance to join Leeds is a very exciting new challenge for me, one I’m looking forward to, but I wish Oxford every success.”
