MATT Williams has called on Chinnor to keep the hammer down as they bid to stretch their winning start to five games tomorrow.

A crushing 76-5 victory over Barnstaple last week saw them climb to second in National League 2 South.

An away trip to Redingensians is up next and director of rugby Williams, who makes two changes in the front row with Ricky Cano and Jamie Townsend returning, knows Chinnor cannot afford to take the Berkshire side lightly.

“This is a game that could potentially be a banana skin for us,” he said.

“It is about staying focused and not getting carried away.

“It is not a coincidence we have conceded the least amount of points because our defence is so good and that will keep us winning games.

“Despite scoring so many points, it is all about our defence.”

Henley Hawks aim to keep up their 100 per cent record over Barnes when the sides meet at Queen Elizabeth Walk.

Head coach Pete Davies makes two changes in the backs, where Alan Awcock and Connor Hayhow are set for their first starts of the season at full back and centre respectively.

In the pack, hooker Stuart Philpott returns and prop Barnaby Abdale-Weir is handed his debut.

Witney bid to bounce back after suffering their first defeat of the season when they host in-form Grove in South West 1 East.

Meanwhile, Oxford Harlequins hope to move off the bottom of the table with victory at Royal Wootton Bassett.

Ramez Farahani steps up to hooker, second row Michael Ojo returns and flanker James Styleman makes his debut.

Sam Watkinson returns at fly half, so Huw Dimond switches to centre, while full back Will Roberts comes back in.

Banbury host Newbury Blues looking to arrest a two-match winless run.

Scrum half Ed Phillips and prop Manu Paniagua start for Bulls.
