LEADERS Democrats Club kept their 100 per cent record intact with a 5-4 win at nearest challengers Kidlington Green Social Club A.
Phil Say and Simon Tricker helped the visitors open up a 2-0 lead in the Greene King ODDA Men’s Section 2 clash.
The hosts fought back through Rob Smith and Mark Stocker.
And it was all level at 3-3 when Democrats’s Aaron Presley and Kidlington’s Steve Baker triumphed.
But a 2-1 victory in the pairs ensured the hosts maintained their impressive winning run.
Six Bells A gained their second win with a 6-3 victory at home to North Oxford Conservative Club.
Ian Griffiths hit two maximums, while Ade Cox and Tim Shayler helped the hosts into a 3-0 lead.
Stuart Bell was also victorious as Matty Brain and Tom Weveral triumphs proved only a consolation for the Con Club.
A 2-1 pairs win rounded off a successful night for Six Bells.
George Bar A ran out comfortable 8-1 winners over their C team.
Sam Merrifield recorded the highest finish in the league by a woman with 151 as Ladies’ Section 1 leaders Witney Snooker Club beat Premier outfit Blackbird Bar 7-2.
Hosts Blackbird won the opener through Chris Thompson, but the visitors hit back to lead 5-1.

Sue Poyser, Kim Reynolds and Pauline Clark all triumphed.
They then won the pairs 2-1.
Section 3 leaders Red Lion edged Kidlington Football Club A 5-4, while Berinsfield Community Centre beat Six Bells A 7-2.
