Fieldside recorded a narrow 2-1 victory away to Cowley Conservative Club B to stand in a commanding position at the top of Division 1 in the Gentworks Oxford & District League.
Second-placed New Club closed the gap a little with a 3-0 victory at Headington Conservative B, but still trail Fieldside by ten points in joint second place with Ashton.
