SUMMERTOWN Cobras and Harwell & Hendred claimed one-sided wins to reach the Oxford Mail Youth League Under 13 KO Cup final, writes PAUL LYON.

The Cobras stormed through with a 9-0 home win over Abingdon United.

Felix Burton, Tom Bradley and George Gompertz all bagged doubles in the all-Spring A League contest.

The scoring was completed by Jack Perrett, Hamish Harrison-Cushing and David White.

There were also goals galore in the other semi-final, as hosts Harwell & Hendred ran out 7-1 winners against Grove Challengers.

Jack Carrington and Harry Fisher claimed a brace each, while Wesley Jodo, Jake Moss and Brian McCarron were also on target.

Matthew Gillies netted Grove’s consolation.

Marston Saints were also in seventh heaven, booking their place in the Under 13 KO Shield final with a 7-2 victory away to Florence Park.

Jeff Fawke led the way with a hattrick, while Kai Sutherland (2), Moses Baumann, and Aleks Novakouk also struck.

Park’s goals came from Jeremiah Yearwood and Luke Bennett.

The second semi-final was much closer and needed extra time to decide the winners in Bampton Town Rangers’ clash with visitors Kennington Athletic.

After the teams finished level at 2-2, Bampton gained the upper hand in extra time to finish 5-2 up.

The hosts spread their goals between Sam Watson, Cameron Clarke, Kyle Page, Alejandro Blaydon and Sam Hartley.

Harry Collis and Jacob Patterson scored in normal time for Kennington.

Nathan Collins’s double helped Cumnor Minors on their way to a convincing 5-0 home win against Goring Robins in the Under 14 KO Cup quarter-final.

Adam Megarty, Ollie Dodsworth and Finlay Irving completed the scoring to rubber-stamp their passage into the semi-finals.

OXFORD City boosted their title hopes in the Under 15 B league with a 3-2 win away to leaders Marston Saints.

George Wiltshire, Morgan Oxendale and Ryan Chambers scored to halve the six-point gap to City, who struck through Ryan Hicks and Arthur Galley.

Billy Wilson netted a brace as Abingdon Youth beat visitors Greater Leys 3-2 in the Under 14 B League.

Jack Evans was also on target, meaning Kenaen Males’ brace was in vain.

Rhys Charlton scored both goals as St Edmunds Royals won 2-0 at home to Didcot Town Youth White in the Under 13 Spring C League.

Jago Edwards fired a hattrick as Kidlington Youth Colts won 3-1 in the D League at home to Thame Colts, for whom Adam Darch notched.

Connor Ferguson’s double saw Abingdon Youth Green win 2-1 at Oxford City in the Under 12 Spring A League.

Billy O’Brien replied for City.

Owen Cove scored the only goal of the game as Chalgrove Cavaliers White won at Didcot Casuals Blue.

Matthew Black’s hat-trick steered Marston Saints to a 3-1 home win over Garden City in the Spring D League.

Haydn Davies scored for City’s consolation.

Fred Kennedy, Fred Coping and Callum Stock gave Harwell & Hendred a 3-0 Under 11 Spring A League victory against visitors Oxford City White.
