Oxfordshire men’s over 70s had contrasting fortunes with two matches last weekend.

The team of Jon Dilworth, Roger Selby, Mike Morgan and Nigel Tucker were whitewashed 8-0 at Newquay by a strong Cornwall side which featured two Great Britain players.

But they bounced back strongly the following day to win 6-2 at home to Derbyshire.

Oxfordshire host the Aegon 10 & Under County Cup this weekend.

A strong girls team of Jasmine Conway, Chloe Elliott, Matilda Mutavdzic and Diana Mascenikova take on Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Middlesex at North Oxford.

Meanwhile, at Oxford Sports, the boys take on Berkshire, the Channel Islands, Essex and Middlesex with a team of Aiden Casey, Zach Lion-Cachet, Xavier Mohindra and Felipe Stervid.
