ALFIE Potter made a welcome appearance yesterday at the launch of the 2014 Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research Blenheim Palace Triathlon.
The winger, who has been out with an ankle injury since November, is pictured jogging with (from left) mascot Olly the Ox, United women’s midfielder Holly Pickett and Max Crocombe.
United’s women are entering a team in the relay, one of the races on June 7-8.
More than 7,000 competitors are expected, making it the UK’s second largest triathlon.
See tomorrow’s Oxford Mail for an interview with Potter.
