Three Oxfordshire players have made the south west squad – the next stage to England Under 18 selection.
Banbury Under 18 pair Alex Caviezel Cox and Doug Backhouse are in the 22-man party, along with Abingdon School’s Mike Dewar.
Meanwhile, Oxfordshire won 36-8 at Warwickshire in their National Under 20 Shield Pool 2 opener.
Oxford University beat visiting Somerset 27-25.
