Dorchester took advantage of Ardington’s cup exploits to leapfrog them at the top of North Berks League Division 1.

They thumped Crowmarsh Gifford 7-2, with Ben Curtis, Bradley Cox and Josh Nicholls each bagging a brace alongside a Charlie Jamieson strike.

Craig Duncan and Callum Pryce scored for Crowmarsh. Dave Murphy notched a hat-trick for Berinsfield in their 6-2 home win over Wallingford Town.

Chris Murphy, Danny Brind and Brian Rawlings got their other goals. Ashley Searle and Simon Bennett scored for Wallingford.

Gareth Fenton helped himself to five goals as Harwell International ran out 9-0 winners at basement boys Lambourn Sports. Lee Chapman and Marcus Herbert both scored twice.

Abingdon United Res maintained their three point lead at the top of Division 2, but they were fortunate to run out 5-4 winners at Coleshill United.

A Dan Cox brace and goals from Tom Larman, Mark Gass and Kieran Cochrane won it for the visitors.

Lee Andrews scored twice for Coleshill, with Shane Blake and Stuart Harding completing their tally.

Jamie Wilkins scored the winner as Wantage Town A stayed in touch with the leaders after a 1-0 win at home to Steventon.

Two goals from Wes Coster and one each from Jonny Lloyd and Dave Yallop gave Marcham a 4-2 home win over Drayton, who scored through Ryan Seamark and Kevin Kogel.

A Ben Hummel treble and goals from Richard Riccio, Jason Moss and Mark Reid gave East Hendred a 6-0 victory away to Sutton Courtenay.

Goals  from Kris Howell (2) and Jamie Gregory (2) gave Stanford in the Vale a 4-0 Division 3 win at Blewbury.
Sam Fielden (2) netted for Milton United Res in a 2-2 draw with Hungerford Town Swifts. Craig Sprules and Sam Connors replied.
A Jo Ledbury treble and a Matt Cramp brace gave Gro-ve Rangers a 5-1 home win over Kennington Athletic who replied via Andy Dier.
Long Wittenham Ath Res won 5-1 at Drayton Res.
Nick Brown, Ollie Saunders, Wayne Railton, Dave Jones and Gareth Barnes were on target with Connor Powell  replying.
Uffington United crushed  Challow 8-0 at home in Division 5, with goals from  George Heath (3), Ross Garcia (2), Jamie Glock, Louis Butler and Mark Jones registered.

Meanwhile, Ardington & Lockinge, unbeaten in all competitions, overcame Milton United from Uhlsport Hellenic League Division 1 East 2-1 in the third round of the Berks & Bucks Intermediate Cup.
The contest was won in extra time, thanks to goals from Tom Weeks and Luke Faircloth.
Saxton Rovers also defeated higher league opposition in the shape of Bracknell Town Res from Division 2 East.
Wayne Waldron and Gary Belcher scored the goals in the 2-0 win.
Despite strikes from Matt Saunders, Steve Molloy and an own goal cancelling out their opponents’ three goal lead, Long Wittenham Ath still crashed out of the competition 5-3 courtesy of two late efforts from             Reading League Senior Division  Bracknell Rovers.
Robbie Harrington netted for Faringdon Town but they lost 3-1 at home to Hellenic League Division One East outfit Wokingham and Emmbrook.

Division 3 Westminster were pushed all the way in the first round of the War Memorial Cup by Benson AFC from Division 4, Westminster finally prevailing 4-3, thanks to a Neil McMahon hat-trick alongside a Pete Lamont strike.
Benson netted via Max Gallagher, Chris Roberts and a Craig Passey penalty.
Dave Arscott scored as Benson Lions won 1-0 at home against                      Division 3 rivals Hanney United.
Luke Ambler hit a three-timer for Division 2 Radley as they won 4-0 at Clanfield 85 Res from Division 3. Karl Guschtscha scored their fourth goal.

Wallingford Town Res, from Division 5, beat Division 3 leaders Kintbury Rangers Res 4-1 at home in an AG Kingham Cup second-round shock, with Charlie Lee (2), Elliott Westwood and Paul Powell doing the damage. Kane Lackenby replied.
Berinsfield Res from Division 4 edged to a 5-4 win at Division 5 Steventon Res, with goals from Dan Osbourne (2), Ollie Barton (2) and Charlie Jamieson.
Alan Donnelly, Martin Hudson, Lee Hutton and Mike Smith scored for Steventon.
Braces for James Stimpson, Alex Kerry, Josh Axtell and Paul Gholami and a Miles Southon goal saw Dorchester Res a 9-0 home win over Radley Res.
