GREAT & Little Tew pipped Falkland by four wickets off the penultimate ball to guarantee their Division 2 West status for next season.
Tew have played solidly on their Home Counties debut, but still needed one more win to be absolutely sure of staying up.
Hosts Falkland made a competitive 236 all out after opting to bat, skipper Bruce Martin leading the way with 92.
No 3 Matt Jones added 52 and opener James Ettridge 25, but the rest of their batsmen fell away, with seven the next highest score.
Lloyd Brock and Joe White did most of the damage taking six wickets between then, while there were also two run outs.
Like Martin, Tew’s Ed Gross was also out in the 90s, but his 94 underpinned the visitors’ successful run chase.
Curtly Slatter’s rapid 63 took the visitors to the brink of victory, with Brock and Josh Megson seeing them home.
