Conor Taylor and Alex Kill made centuries as Shrivenham ran riot with a 138-run victory at Charlbury in Division 1.

The duo shared a mammoth stand of more than 200 for the third wicket as Shrivenham racked up 373-5 from their 45 overs – Taylor finishing with 159 and Kill scoring 111.

Charlbury made a decent fist of their reply, but could reach only 235-6, despite 80 from Ben Geeson-Brown and 78 not out from Steve Hicks.

Graham Judd hit 114 in Westbury’s 66-run victory away to Hook Norton.

Westbury rattled up 287-8, with Hooky restricted to 221-9 in their reply.

Hook Norton 9, Westbury 29 Oxenford’s Dipyan Das slammed 117 not out, but it was in vain as they were beaten by three wickets at home to East & West Hendred.

Oxenford posted 208-5 in their 45 overs, but Mark Baring (53no) and Nigel Hutt (49) then took Hendred to 209-7 for victory.

Oxenford 8, E&W Hendred 27 Minster Lovell cruised to an eight- wicket win at Garsington.

Eddie Dunn was the star of the show, taking 5-33 with his left-arm chinaman bowling, before scoring 43 not out to take Minster to 172-2.

Garsington 4, Minster Lovell 29 Chadlington continued their march up the table as they beat visitors Broughton & North Newington by 36 runs.

Alex Yarnley had a field day, scoring 83 in Chadlington’s 232-9, before taking 6-32 as Broughton were bowled out for 196, despite Neil Mepham’s 74.

Chadlington 30, Broughton 9 Cowley Internationals marched on at the top of Division 2 with their ninth win in a row, beating hosts Chipping Norton by seven wickets.

Ben Tew (76no) helped Chippy to 144, but Qaiser Naveed (43) and Eddie Howard (41) eased Cowley home at 148-3.

Faringdon kept up the pressure on the leaders with a four-wicket home win over Clifton Hampden.

Mike Hume (61) led the way in Faringdon’s 200-6, as they passed Clifton’s 199-6.

Faringdon 28, Clifton Hampden 7 Cairns Fudge cruised to a ten-wicket home victory against Westcott to stay top of the Division 3 table.

Jamie Clark claimed 4-32 as Westcott were shot out for 113, before Will Caiger slammed 84 not out to see Fudge to 116-0.

Carins Fudge 30, Westcott 2 Combe remain second after an exciting 11-run win at home to Witney Swifts.

Robbie Nicholson top-scored with 54 in Combe’s 217-9, Swifts falling short on 206-8.

Abdullah Saeed returned sensational figures of 8-4 from ten overs as Cowley Internationals 2nd crushed visitors Chesterton 2nd by nine wickets in Division 8.

Saeed’s remarkable spell included eight maidens as Chesterton were shot out for 41, before Cowley cruised to 42-1.

A superb century from Daniel Bishop helped Ducklington to a 106-run victory at home to Chadlington 2nd.

Bishop finished with 102 not out and Andy Walker unbeaten on 61 in Ducklington’s 279-4.

Walker then claimed 3-50 as Chadlington were dismissed for 173.

Mark Pennington claimed 7-33 to help Combe 2nd to a 16-run win at Broughton 2nd.

Broughton were bowled out for 183 thanks largely to Pennington’s fine haul. Earlier, Combe had posted 199-7.

In Division 7, Pete Beckley’s 7-33 helped leaders East & West Hendred 2nd to a 37-run win at Uffington 2nd.

Hendred had been restricted to 138-9, before Beckley’s haul dismissed Uffington for 101.

William Gurney scored 93 as Westbury 2nd beat Stonesfield 2nd by 41 runs.

Westbury rattled up 226 all out, and then restricted Stonesfield to 185-7 in reply.

Witney Swifts 2nd marched on at the top of Division 9 with a 39-run home win over Wolvercote 2nd.

Josh Grant (52) again led the way for Swifts, who posted 180-9, before Mark Horne claimed 4-33 and Rob Pratley 3-29 as Wolvercote were dismissed for 141.

James Stacey had a fabulous day for Sunningwell 2nd, but still finished on the losing side.

Stacey slammed 140 not out in Sunningwell’s 195-9, and then claimed 3-42 in Hanborough’s run chase.

But 68 from Ben Wagerfield and 51 not out from Neil Rose led Hanborough to a three-wicket win.

Russell Vircavs scored 100 not out to help Garsington 3rd to a 33-run home win over Deddington 2nd.

Garsington set 199-7 before rest-ricting the visitors to 166-7, despite David Webb’s 50 not out.

Britwell Salome 2nd posted an imposing 277-8 to beat Dorchester 2nd by 19 runs.

David Coates (73), Mark Griffiths (58) and Andy Worman (54) shone for Britwell.

Mike Stimpson slammed a brilliant 131 in Dorchester’s reply, but they finished short on 258-6.

In Division 10, wily veteran Jim Blackford claimed 5-33 to help Kidlington 3rd to a three-wicket home win over Watlington 2nd.

Watlington were shot out for 78, before Kidlington reached 79-7.

Youngster Ben Delnevo was the star of the show for Charlbury 3rd in their 44-run home win over Westcott 2nd.

Delnevo, 15, scored 70 in Charlbury’s 257-8, before Westcott fell to 213 all out.

Kennington 2nd picked up their first victory in nearly two years as they edged out visitors Wootton & Boars Hill 2nd by three wickets.

Altaf Ali claimed 5-28 to restrict Wootton to 190-8, before Edward Callow (43) and Ben Andre (40) led Kennington to 191-7.

Division 2 leaders Cowley Internationals upset top-flight title hopefuls Westbury with a five-wicket win to reach the semi-finals of the Airey Cup.

Haroon Usman took 4-28 and Majid Khan 3-18 as Westbury were bowled out for 125, before Qaiser Naveed scored 50 not out and Asif Shah 34 in Cowley’s 126-5.

They will meet Minster Lovell after Clifton Hampden conceded their quarter-final.

Great Horwood enjoyed a six-run win over holders Chadlington.

Neil Taylor hit 63 not out as Division 2 side Horwood reached 187-9, before they restricted visitors Chadlington to 181-9, despite 63 from Freddie Simon.

They will next play Shrivenham, who thrashed hosts Garsington by 173 runs.

Alex Bowles (78), Alex Kill (67) and Robert Wycherley (51no) saw Shrivenham to 301-7, before Will Snell claimed 5-52 as Garsington were shot out for 128.

Minster Lovell 3rd won at the second attempt against Risinghurst 2nd in their Keith Crump Centenary Cup quarter-final.

Replaying the match after a tie two weeks ago, Minster were bowled out for 132, Matthew Lardner taking 4-12.

Dave Mayers then claimed 5-26 and Thomas Puddle 3-38 as Risinghurst were dismissed for 115 in reply.
