JENNY WARD won the stableford competition at The Springs Captains’ Day.
The event raised £700 for charity and Ward took the individual title with 41 points.
She finished two points ahead of Matt Ackerman, who was helped by a hot streak on the back nine which saw him collect three birdies and an eagle.
Ben Curran was third on countback.
