Shrivenham marched on at the top of OCA League Division 1 after crushing Broughton & North Newington by eight wickets.

The hosts bowled first and were soon into Broughton as they fell to 124 all out in the face of tight bowling from Scott Valentine (3-12) and Adam Tucker (3-30).

In reply, Shrivenham cruised to victory, thanks largely to Conor Taylor, who ended 55 not out.

Westbury kept up the pressure with a six-wicket home win over Garsington.

Richard Tredwell claimed 6-36 to help reduce Garsington to 190-9 from their 45 overs, and then Tom Wilson hit 77 and Simon Boardman 46 not out to see the hosts to 192-4.

Chadlington continued their move up the table after crushing visitors Oxenford by 95 runs.

Batting first, Chadlington rattled up 238-7, Richard Ingram hitting 83 and Mark Lambert 71.

Minster Lovell won their west Oxfordshire derby clash at Charlbury by 61 runs.

Charlie Fisher (45), Connor Tinsley (35) and Elliot Graham (32) helped Minster to 207 all out, before spin duo Ed Dunn netted 4-32 and Jack Simpson 3-34 to skittle the hosts for 146, despite 77 from Ashley Rump. Minster Lovell 30, Charlbury 8

East & West Hendred moved off the bottom after winning by six wickets at Hook Norton. Miles Martin (3-27) and Jon Francis (3-33) were the main performers with the ball as Hooky were all out for 109, before Francis then scored 36 not out to lead Hendred to 110-4. Eddie Howard’s half-century helped Division 2 leaders Cowley International to a five-wicket win to keep their 100 per cent record.

Ayaz Khan claimed 3-19 to help dismiss visitors Great Horwood for 133 all out, before Howard hit 59 as Cowley reached 134-5, Adam Armitage taking 4-54.

Faringdon came away from Winslow Town with an 81-run win.

There were contributions throughout for Faringdon, who rattled up 234-4, led by Nick Giles (46), Nigel Hume (45no) and Mike Hume (44).

A superb haul of 6-30 from Haroon Nasser helped visitors Tetsworth dismiss Watlington for 84.

Rommel Foster chipped in with 3-24, before Tetsworth cruised to victory at 85-3, led by Ganeshamoothy Deepen’s 31.

Jim McGeown scored 65 not out and Ian Widdows 44 not out to help Chipping Norton to a five-wicket win at Clifton Hampden.

The hosts made 166-9 as Matt-hew Molyneux and Adam Wallington each got three wickets.

Chippy then eased to 167-5, helped by McGeown and Widdows’ unbroken sixth-wicket stand.

Division 3 leaders Wantage crashed to their first defeat as visitors Combe ran out 33-run winners.

Witney Swifts were celebrating their first win of the season after they brushed aside visitors Westcott by seven wickets.

Andy Purdie was the star of the show with the ball, claiming 6-39 in Westcott’s 168 all out, for whom Nick Raynor scored 56. Max Godwin (80) and Jason Seacole (45no) then led Swifts to 169-3.

Fringford’s Damian Leach scored 107 not out to lead hosts to a nine-wicket win over Britwell Salome.

Kevin Slater’s 87 helped Britwell reach 171-8, while Royston Blake claimed 3-9.

But Leach inspired Fringford to 175-1.

Ben Smitten smashed 103 not out as Eynsham marched on at the top of Division 4 with a nine-wicket win at Stanton St John Willows.

Willows’ Ashley Pike had hit 115 in his side’s 179-8, Chris Bowles taking     4-42. But Smitten’s unbeaten century led Eynsham to 181-1.

Wolvercote stayed hot on Eynsham’s heels as they crushed visitors Hailey by 65 runs.

John Chrystal claimed 6-16 and Barkat Ahmed 3-13 as Hailey were shot out for 44 in response to Wolvercote’s 109 all out.

Wolvercote 26, Hailey 5 Swinbrook cruised past West Ilsley’s 116 to post a nine-wicket win. James Snow (3-8) and Richard Parker (3-21) shone with the ball for Swinbrook, before Snow scored 63 not out and Tim Martin 37 not out as Swinbrook raced to 117-1.

Garsington 2nd toppled Wootton & Boars Hill by five wickets.

Sam Wharton took 4-19 to restrict Wootton to 174-8, Mark Gresham hitting 46 not out. But Saqib Mohammed (69) led his side to 178-5.

Kilkenny stay at the top of Division 5 as they ran out 16-run winners away to Uffington.

Darren Gordon (48) and Duncan Macdonald (38) led Kilkenny to 191 all out, before the duo claimed three wickets apiece to dismiss the hosts for 175, despite 56 from Chris Lewis.

Kidlington kept up the pressure, running out 124-run winners at Marcham. Andy Oliver (86) led the way for the visitors who rattled up 237-7, Stuart Armstrong taking 5-56. Marcham fell to 113 all out as Waseem Azad took 4-9 and Steve Litten 3-37.

Marcham 5, Kidlington 30 Hanborough eased to a 63-run win away to Great Horwood 2nd. Marc Buckingham scored 71 in Hanborough’s 226-7, who kept their hosts to 163-6, Richard Brown taking 3-16.

Dorchester remain hot on Risinghurst’s heels after a nine-run win at Faringdon.

Three wickets apiece for Lawrence Belcher, Thom Airs and Steve McCombe helped dismiss Faringdon for 134 as they chased Dorchester’s 143-9, for whom McCombe scored 44.

Josh Norris was the star of the show for Bampton as he claimed 5-27 to help his side to a 41-run home victory against Kidlington 2nd in Division 7.

Bampton were bowled out for 139 in the face of a fine display from Arshad Siddique (5-28).

But Kidlington then fell for 98 in reply as Norris and Julian Easterbrook (3-16) ripped through the batting.

Mark Baring starred with bat and ball as East & West Hendred 2nd won at home to Tetsworth 2nd by 36 runs.

Baring scored 69 in Hendred’s 169 all out, then claimed 5-37 to dismiss the visitors for 133.

There was also a five-wicket haul for Neville Bainbridge (5-16) which helped hosts Stonesfield 2nd to a 32-run victory over Uffington 2nd.

In Division 8, Cowley Internationals 2nd beat Chadlington 2nd by 65 runs. After posting 209 all out, hosts Cowley dismissed Chadlington for 144 as Abdullah Saeed claimed 5-35 and Idris Mohammed 4-54.

Hosts Chipping Norton 2nd raced to a nine-wicket win against Marcham 2nd. Restricting their visitors to 125-7, Darren Underhill scored 50 not out to lead Chippy to 129-1.

Dan Bishop hit a century to help visitors Ducklington to a 110-run win at Combe 2nd.

Bishop’s 105 was the main contribution in Ducklington’s 261-9, who then restricted Combe to 151-9 in reply.

In Division 9, a haul of 5-27 from Ashley Bird helped Britwell Salome 2nd to a 113-run home win over Minster Lovell 3rd.

Britwell rattled up 203 all out, Ross Joyner (46) top-scoring, with Lyndsay Halliwell taking 5-37. Minster were all out for 90 in reply as Bird ran riot.

Ben Lewis hit 94 not out as Deddington 2nd finally won. The hosts rattled up 207-8 thanks to Lewis’s knock, before he claimed 4-17 in Sunningwell’s 100 all out.

Derek Craig (73) and Josh Grant (65) led visitors Witney Swifts 2nd to 224-5 at Eynsham 2nd, which proved more than enough as the hosts were shot out for 73.

A haul of 5-39 from Jake Halsey helped Hanborough 2nd to a 110-run home win over Wolvercote 2nd.

In Division 10, Bertie Proctor scored 100, but it was in vain as Watlington lost by seven wickets at Wootton & Boars Hill 2nd.
