CONOR Taylor scored his second century in seven days as Shrivenham cruised into the quarter-finals of the OCA League’s Airey Cup with a 129-run home victory over East & West Hendred.

Taylor smashed 110 and Mark Whale 76 in Shrivenham’s 282-6, before Hendred were held to 153-8.

Four wickets apiece from Chris Morgan and Eddie Dunn saw hosts Minster Lovell to a five-wicket win over Broughton & North Newington.

Morgan took 4-12 from 12 overs and Dunn 4-35 to dismiss Brou-ghton for 150.

Zak Jarvis then hit 57 not as Minster reached 152-5.

Clifton Hampden recorded a 60-run win at home to Watlington.

Richard Beard (84) and Morley Benson (70) shone in Clifton’s 186-8, and Matthew Burton’s 5-27 saw Watlington tumble to 126 all out.

Rommel Foster’s 6-34 was in vain as Tetsworth lost by 73 runs at Cowley Internationals.

Cowley were dismissed for 145, before Tetsworth were shot out for 72.

Neil Taylor’s 6-32 helped Great Horwood to a 17-run win at Stonesfield.

Dale Armitage (63) and Chris McStraw (50) provided the backbone behind Horwood’s 210-9, and Taylor’s haul helped to dismiss Stonesfield for 193.

Garsington reached the last eight with a 27-run home victory over Oxenford.

Dave Prosper top-scored with 51 in Garsington’s 218-7, Carl Palmer claiming 3-23 to restrict Oxenford to 191-7.

* Veteran Matt Launchbury returned to form with a magnificent century for Radley in a 115-run second-round Telegraph Cup win at Chesterton.

Launchbury slammed 155 out of Radley’s 250 all out, before Omar Hussain took 4-21 to send Chesterton tumbling for 135.

Chris King’s 6-21 helped Hailey to a one-wicket victory at Swinbrook.

The home side were bowled out for 107, before Andy Green (41) led Hailey to 111-9.

Wantage cruised to a 107-run win at Charlbury 2nd. Ian Challand (72no) and David Spencer (60) saw Wantage to 242-7, despite 5-50 from Barry Nutt.

Charlbury were then dismissed for 135, Ryan Martin taking 3-5 and James Mabbett 3-15.

Cairns Fudge eased to a five-wicket win over Fringford, Martin Hanscombe’s 44 seeing them home after restricting their visitors to 136-7.

* Five wickets apiece from James Barker and Darren Gordon helped hosts Kilkenny to a resounding 178-run victory over Sunningwell in the second round of the Steve Dixon Memorial Cup.

Earlier, Gordon had scored 73 not out and Billy Carter 56 in Kilkenny’s 248-8. Gordon (5-32) and Barker (5-33) then did the damage in Sunningwell’s 70 all out.

Risinghurst proved far too strong for Shrivenham 2nd as they cruised to a 160-run home victory.

Kiran Solanki (58) and Vishal Lal (49) helped Risinghurst to 244-6, before John Thompson (3-2) and Rakesh Nambiar (3-23) combined to dismiss Shrivenham for 84.

Tom Bozman was the star for Kidlington in their 94-run victory at Faringdon 2nd, hitting 76 in their 216. Faringdon were restricted to 122-9 in reply.

Hosts Dorchester beat Stanton Harcourt by 58 runs.

Ali Line (44) top-scored in Dorchester’s 170 all out, before Thom Airs took 4-23 to dismiss Stanton for 112.

Saurabh Mehrotra top-scored with 87 as West Witney beat visitors Brill by 68 runs.

West Witney were bowled out for 192, Jack Hawes taking 5-30.

Greg Inge (4-36) and Martin Clutterbuck (3-26) then combined to dismiss Brill for 124.

Marcham rattled up 238-3 to set up a 51-run home win against Uffington thanks to Dan Pitcher (67), Tristan Barrett (60no) and James France (52). Uffington replied with 187-7.

* Ducklington edged out Swinbrook 2nd by eight runs in a thrilling Osberton Radiators Cup second-round match.

Dave Paintin top-scored with 32 for the hosts, who were bowled out for 118. Andy Walker then claimed 5-30 as Swinbrook fell to 110 all out.

Achintha Jayasanka starred with bat and ball to help hosts Steventon to a 49-run win over Tetsworth 2nd.

Jayasanka top-scored with 54 in Steventon’s 198-8, before taking 4-21 to help dismiss Tetsworth for 149.

Cowley International 2nd came away from East & West Hendred 2nd with a 59-run success.

Binyamin Khan (59) and Waqas Ali (51) helped Cowley to 229-8, before Arshad Mehmood claimed 4-40 in Hendred’s 170 all out.

Neil Pickup was the star of the show for Sunningwell 2nd with a maiden OCA century helping his side to an 80-run home triumph over Kilkenny 2nd.

Pickup scored 100 not out out of Sunningwell’s 183-6, before Paul Wiggins claimed 3-15 in Kilkenny’s 103 all out.

Richard Abraham hit a classy 131 not out as Minster Lovell 3rd beat Eynsham 2nd by 151 runs after rattling up 227-5. George French took 4-10 to dismiss Eynsham for 76.

Hanborough 2nd cruised to a ten-wicket win at Westcott 2nd. Jack Buckingham’s 5-21 helped to send back the hosts for 115, and he followed up with 60 not out as Hanborough cruised to 116-0, Sam Walker making 50 not out.

Dorchester 2nd beat hosts Wootton & Boars Hill by 103 runs.

Tom Kitson hit 53 in Dorchester’s 209-6, before three wickets each for David Rippington, Karl Pitson and Anthony Harris helped to bowl out Wootton for 106.

Watlington 2nd beat Hanney 2nd by 41 runs. Hosts Watlington were all out for 162, James Howlett hitting 75. Paul Turner then claimed 4-38 in Hanney’s 121-9.
