BANBURY Bulls battled back from 12-0 down to win 25-14 at Bedworth and record their first away success of the season.
Bedworth started strongly, scoring two tries and a conversion.
Bulls hit back with wing Jed Boyle scything through to score under the posts, captain Ed Phillips converting.
Bedworth slotted a penalty for 15-7, but full back Dave Taylor pounced on his own kick to score Bnabury’s second try.
Phillips’s conversion made it 15-14 at the break.
The skipper then added a try, conversion and a penalty in the second half to seal victory, while prop Lee Tustin was named man-of-the-match for some great scrummaging.
