Anthony Martin headed the winner as Oxfordshire Under 16s came from behind to record a deserved 2-1 victory over Dorset in the South & West Counties Youth Championship at Hamworthy, Poole.
Oxfordshire fell behind in the 13th minute, when Luke Chatterton bundled home a cross at the near post.
But Tom White, Alex Marshall, Owen Shaw and Kaylem Patterson gained control of midfield for the visitors.
And Oxon equalised on 23 minutes when Martin crossed for strike partner Timon Williams to smash the ball home.
Fifteen minutes later, Oxon went ahead with Martin heading a free-kick into the far corner.
Despite exerting a lot of pressure in the second half, Oxon were unable to add to their tally.
