Wallingford added another trophy to their season’s haul with a win in the women’s elite lightweight quad at the Fours Head from Mortlake to Putney.

The crew of regulars Caroline Greves, Christina Thomas, Kathryn Twyman and Brianna Stubbs won in a fast time.

Caroline Greves, the Wallingford captain, finished ahead of her sister Katie, a regular member of the GB women’s eight, who under Leander colours, won the elite women’s quads.

The Greves sisters, who started their rowing careers at Headington School, must have been pleased to see the club win the women’s junior coxed fours.
