A 26-year-old died when the car he was a passenger in hit a tree, an inquest opening heard today.
Oxfordshire Coroner's Court heard how Richard Reed, of Hurdswell, Long Hanborough, was sitting in the front seat of the car when it left the A4095 at North Leigh Common and collided with a tree at about 4.25pm on November 2.
Oxfordshire Coroner Darren Salter said the medical cause of death was multiple injuries.
An inquest date into Mr Reed’s death is yet to be set and will be reviewed.
