The River Ock through the Vale of White Horse to Abingdon and the Letcombe Brook in Wantage, Grove and East Hanney have been placed on flood alert by the Environment Agency.
The Langford and Wendlebury brooks and their tributaries from Stratton Audley to Murcott, including Bicester and Wendlebury, have also been put on flood alert.
The River Thame and River Ray remain on alert.
The agency says flooding is possible in all these areas and householders should take precautions.
