A CAR has crashed into a house in Wantage.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the house at the bottom of Mill Street at 12.47pm.
The middle house in a terrace of three opposite Wessex Mill, has now been evacuated for safety reasons.
The fire service said the driver had been left in the care of the ambulance service.
A spokeswoman said: "All the residents have been removed from the building because of the unstable structure and we are now trying to get building control officers down there."
Catherine Morrow from South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) said they were called to the scene but the driver, thought to be a man, didn't require any treatment.
Hannah Williams, spokeswoman for Thames Valley Police said the car was a Vauxhall Astra and that there were reports a man had suffered a head injury. She said: "Although nobody was in at the time it is thought there is structural damage to the house."
