A miniature thatched cottage dubbed Britain’s poshest Wendy House has been sold to a secret buyer for £6,500.
The nine-foot-tall house, which has running water and electricity, is intended for children. It has one room downstairs with a kitchen sink and another above. There are five windows, each fitted with real glass and a chimney.
Builder Brian McDonough, who installed it in his Shrivenham garden 11 years ago, said the buyer will need a crane to lift it to its new home.
