COUNTY hospitals again missed a key A&E waiting target in the seven days to last Sunday, figures released yesterday show.
Of the 2,178 patients who attended Oxford’s John Radcliffe and Banbury’s Horton General hospitals, 89.9 per cent were discharged, admitted or transferred within four hours of arrival.
The figures, for Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust, which runs the hospitals, were well up from 79.8 per cent the previous week and 85.4 per cent for the week to January 25.
