Broken down train causes delays for commuters

A BROKEN down train caused problems for rail passengers in Oxfordshire this morning.

A stationary First Great Western train near the Banbury just before 6am was the source of the delay.

Morning rush hour services to Oxford and London Paddington were affected.

The problem was resolved just before 9am.
