Lewis fans across the city, and across the country, will be keeping their fingers crossed that the forthcoming series is not the last.
Over the years, Lewis and Inspector Morse have kept us all entertained and have helped put Oxford firmly on the tourist map. And if Lewis does end, at least we still have Endeavour.
