EIGHT neighbours in a road in Sutton Courtenay woke up to the news that they are £1,000 richer.
The daily prize in the People's Postcode Lottery has been won by Bradstock Way.
Seven households in the street who play the game will receive £1,000 each, while another will get £2,000 for playing with two tickets.
All of the winners play with the postcode OX14 4BY.
People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador, Judie McCourt, said: “To have eight winners in one street is just amazing – well done to them all! I hope they all enjoy spending their prize.”
Organisers say a minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities.
Players have helped to support the charity Sylva Foundation in Long Wintthenham, which was awarded £20,000 last year to purchase a wooden structure which will be used for education, training and community events at Sylva Wood Centre.
