TWO lanes have now reopened on the northbound carriageway following a serious crash on the M40 near Banbury tonight.
Police have confirmed that only one lane will remain closed after a crash happened at around 9.12pm.

One driver, Simon Jenner, said he had been stuck in traffic for around 45 minutes before lanes two and three were reopened.

Police are warning drivers to avoid the area as they tried to get the motorway open.
