A man has been ordered to give up more than £30,000 under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
Police said a raid on Gareth Dodd’s home in Yarnton, in December 2011 under the Misuse of Drugs Act uncovered cannabis, MDMA, an air rifle, and £30,090 cash.
The Merton Way resident was later charged with two drug trafficking crimes, possession of a firearm while prohibited, and possession of £80 in counterfeit notes.
But three counts were discontinued and he was found not guilty of one drug trafficking crime.
A forfeiture order hearing for the cash was scheduled for this month at Banbury Magistrates’ Court under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
And Thames Valley Police Economic Crime Unit (ECU) secured the confiscation order on Monday after Mr Dodd decided not to contest the case, police said.
