THE weird and wonderful – and sticky – world of science was brought to life with an event at Gosford Hill School.
The Science of the Extremes Evening included physics and chemistry demonstrations including this pool of custard.
It was used to demonstrate the different viscosity of liquids – like pressure from the feet of year seven pupil Sam Hepworth.
The 12-year-old said: “It was an awesome experience. It felt so cold.”
