A woman suffered head injuries after she got off a bus in Abingdon and was hit by a cyclist.
Oxford Bus Company spokesman Phil Ashworth said the incident happened in The Vineyard at about 8.30am, causing delays to its services of about 30 minutes.
Mr Ashworth said the woman got off the Abingdon-bound bus and was then hit by the cyclist.
He added: "The woman got off the bus in The Vineyard and was hit by the cyclist who was on the pavement.
"She was taken to hospital for treatment."
South Central Ambulance spokesman David Gallagher said: "The woman was hit by a bike at speed and was bleeding from the head.
"She was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital for treatment to the head injuries."
