Plans have been submitted for a £90m Oxford Technology Park, which developers say will bring 1,250 jobs.
The 20-acre site in Langford Lane, opposite London Oxford Airport, will create 81,000 sq ft of space for research and development.
The developers want to attract pharmaceutical, biotech and engineering firms to the site.
Shareholders Hill Street Holdings and developers Bloombridge submitted the application to Cherwell District Council.
