Because it has not met our guidelines for taste, decency, legality or it is not suitable for this section. We want your submissions but they must be in accordance to what the Oxford Mail would usually publish.
We will not enter into any debate as to why a story has not been published.
We may also not upload it if the story is badly written or contains too many mistakes that require re-writing.
We reserve the right to take further action against you if your submission is offensive or leads to legal action. We shall also remove links to any website that is in conflict or competition with our titles.
