Monitor emissions to protect pupils walking
WITH Volkswagen admitting to rigged emissions data from its US car engines, it is even more urgent that the air along Banbury and Woodstock roads are monitored for dangerous levels of nitrogen oxide gases.
Children walking home from school and residents nearby are due to have up to 18 months of standstill or crawling traffic.
