This a letter written to us by John Tanner, former Lord Mayor of Oxford.
FORMER Prime Ministers, David Cameron and Boris Johnson have a lot to answer for.
Leaving the European Union three years ago was is an entirely selfinflicted wound.
It has made us all at least four per cent worse off, according to the Office for Budget Responsibility.
There is less money from Europe for university research, more red tape when trading with the rest of Europe, longer passport queues when we travel and worker shortages.
Immigration has gone up.
Brexit has been a catastrophe.
Rishi Sunak is now set on a bonfire of European Union laws which will make the situation even worse.
