West Oxfordshire District Council's cabinet will discuss a development that could include 1,000 homes, a primary school and new infrastructure tomorrow.
Council members will consider a preliminary consultation paper for the proposed site to the west of Eynsham, which is allocated in the draft West Oxfordshire Local Plan 2031.
If approved, an 'issues paper' will be published for a six-week public consultation later this year.
The meeting takes place at the council offices at Woodgreen, Witney, at 2pm.
