VOTERS in the Bicester West District Ward go to the polls today in a rearranged election following the death of a district councillor.
The vote, originally due to be held on May 3, was cancelled after the death of Cherwell District Council vice-chairman Jolanta Lis.
Mrs Lis was due to be chairman this year and served as Mayor of Bicester in 2016/17.
