THE UK Atomic Energy Authority has revealed explosive plans for a new sports hall at its Oxfordshire base.
THE AEA sent a planning application this month to South Oxfordshire District Council to erect the pavilion at its Culham HQ.
The agency said it was hoping to host a variety of sporting events.
In a submission to the council, the AEA’ wrote: “The building aims to provide additional sporting facilities to the site and also provides areas for changing and washing following sporting events happening at the Culham Science Centre.”
