THE public are invited to attend a free event in Banbury on NHS research.

It will take place from 1pm to 3.30pm on June 8 at Horsefair Surgery, South Bar House, South Bar Street, and will include talks from research staff, GPs and a patient on their experience of taking part in research.

The event – organised by Horsefair Surgery and the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) – is open to all with no booking required.

Research in GP practices can include a range of activities, from taking part in drug trials to patients completing a questionnaire about their health.
