SOME of the biggest names in folk will descend on Oxford tomorrow for a three-day musical celebration.
Eliza Carthy, Sam Carter and Jackie Oates will be among the performers who will play at venues across the city for the seventh Folk Weekend Oxford event.
Unusual gig locations include the Bodleian’s Weston Library, the Norrington Room at Blackwell’s Bookshop, as well as the Wesley Memorial Church and Quaker Meeting House.
