PLANS to use excess heat from industrial sites, including Didcot Power Station, to heat nearby businesses will be presented to councillors.
A special presentation will be made by Heather Saunders, South Oxfordshire District Council's energy strategy and projects officer ahead of a Didcot Town Council meeting on Monday.
The 'district heat network' could provide low cost heat to offices and businesses and reduce green house gas emissions.
The talk is open to the public and starts at 7pm in the Didcot Civic Hall.
