ORGANISERS from the UK's biggest carnivals will attend a networking event in Oxford Town Hall tomorrow.
The event is being put on by the city council and the charity behind the Cowley Road Carnival, to share street party tips.
Attendees will include the people in charge of Notting Hill, Bath and Reading carnivals.
