THE history of the Florence Park housing estate will be explored at a Q&A event for residents.
Local historian Frances Moody will delve into the past with the help of fellow historian Sheila Tree and other neighbours at the event next month.
The Florence Park houses were built in the 1920s for a private landlord to rent to new workers at the Morris Motors factory in Cowley - now Mini Plant Oxford.
The talk takes place at Florence Park Community Centre from 7pm on Friday March 16.
