AN OPTICIANS in Didcot is helping to keep children safe on the roads during the winter months.
Specsavers in Orchard Street is donating high visibility vests to children who visit the store, while stocks last.
Store director Rukhsana Bi, said: "Anything that helps to educate young people about road safety or to make them more visible, especially to drivers, is invaluable."
The store has also donated 30 adult high-visibility vests to members of Didcot Runners.
