A SERIES of workshops for people looking to start their own businesses in Oxfordshire will take place this autumn.

Oxfordshire Business Support will hold over 40 workshops to support those who are looking to launch new start-up ventures or who want to take their business to the next level.

Looking at topics such as 'raising finance', 'how to write a business plan', 'digital marketing' and 'understanding cash flow', the workshops are taking place in towns and villages across Oxfordshire.

OBS say that they have launched the workshop series because "it’s often difficult to find the right level of business support that’s really going to make a difference to your business."

The organisation is the 'growth hub for Oxfordshire' and acts as an independent broker to signpost businesses to the support that is best for them.

It is a service provided through the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership and seeks to build a robust business community in Oxfordshire.

The programme of workshops is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

All sessions start at 9am and run for an entire morning.

Places on the workshops are available through the Eventbrite website.
