Cherwell District Council is creating the new co-working office space in Franklins House site in an empty unit.

The PERCH will be an office for up to 67 people to work together, share ideas and rent out meeting rooms in one place.

Cherwell District Council lead member for estates and the economy Lynn Pratt said “The new co-working office in Franklins House has been carefully designed to encourage business opportunities, networking, and idea sharing. PERCH will be a thriving community of workers, creating new business networks and opportunities for collaboration."

There will also be business support for people using the service free of charge.
