BUSINESS Park owners say tenants are ‘queuing up’ for spaces ahead of a massive renovation.
Managers at Grove Business Park say six firms employing a total of 24 staff have already snapped up offices at the newly-refurbished ‘serviced office’ block Boston House.
They include engineering parts specialist Evoke Supplies, toy company Trend UK and pharmaceutical consultancy business S-cubed.
Park owners are spending £40m creating 220,000sq ft of new offices space.
